Very nice stay here at James’ place. It is an nice building with several rooms available for guests with one shared bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen with filtered water. Rooms are clean and nice, the area is calm in the near surroundings (so you can have a good night sleep) but there are also many restaurants and bars around if you are up for a 5 to 10 minutes walk. Parque the Mexico is also a nice place nearby. Subway is a 13mn walk.

Very nice stay with a privileged location, right in the heart of Condesa next to lots of cafés, restaurants and public parks but also conviniently close to street vendors stalls and Metrobus station ‘Sonora’. The room is exactly as it is shown in pictures, the bathroom is functional and the hot water system is efficient. What took our stay to the next level was James’ constant communication via email and Oscar’s service attitude and attention to detail. Thanks for making our stay nice and comfortable
A great spot! It's a convenient and central location in Roma Norte. Communication with staff was great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place and visit again.

This spot is a gem definitely don’t hesitate if you are looking for a good sleep, in a super nice area of the city. Will be back!
